Why do you exercise?
We all have our different reasons... to lose weight, to maintain current weight, to socialize, for alone time, for health... whatever your reason, pat yourself on the back for staying active! Join us for an Aloha Friday CCY and bring a resistance band if you have one. We'll begin the run/jog/walk at 8am, then conditioning at 8:30 and yoga with Green Girl Yoga at 9!
