PACE: Spring Session

Perseverance. Achievement. Consistency. Endurance.  A new 6-week session begins the week of April 18. *Need at least 4 members to create the session. Session is capped at 8 members to ensure each member is given the best workout and coaching.  WHEN: 2 days a week @ 8:15am WHERE: Outdoors in Kailua. Location given after registration. WHAT: A 45-60 Minute workout that includes Warm-up, Challenge, Strength, Workout, Core, and Cool-down. Plan to bring your own mat, dumbbells, and water to class.  MEMBERSHIP: Contact for pricing.  HAPPY NEW YEAR! Here's to strength, longevity, and health! The newest 6-week PACE program begins January 10...  PACE is adding a day... now Monday, Wednesday and Friday workouts are available.  WHAT:  45-60 minute workout combining metabolic conditioning and strength training using bodyweight movements, plyometrics, circuits, dumbbells, Barre, and cardio.  Each workout includes: warm-up, challenge, strength, workout, burner, and cool down WHEN: MWF @8:15am MEMBERSHIP:  3 workouts per week 2 workouts per week *No drop-ins Class is capped at 8 members and need at least 4 to make the session happen :)  Sign up by emailing getlavafit@gmail.com  Payment through Venmo. 

NEW LavaFit Programs!

NEW: LavaFit Kids and LavaFit Workout Programming! LAVAFIT KIDS This has been in the works for a while! Over the past 9 years, I've created and coached several CrossFit Kids Programs and am excited to use my certification and knowledge to begin a LavaFit Kids class, in Hawaii!  When I created LavaFit, my oldest was 9 months old. He is now almost 12 and has spent his whole life watching workouts and learning the proper technique for movements, same with my 10 year old daughter. I've seen how movement builds their confidence and makes them happier. Movement makes us all feel better- the more kids move, the healthier they'll be physically AND mentally.  AGE :  8-12 WHEN :  Tuesday 4-4:45pm, 4-week session beginning November 9 MEMBERSHIP :  1x/week  WHAT :  Each class will have a specific focus followed by a fun workout and we'll always end with an exciting game. PACE Group Workouts: 6 Week Winter Session

Perseverance. Achievement. Consistency. Endurance. The newest 6-week Winter Session of PACE will begin Wednesday, November 3 at 8:15am. ** This class will be capped at 8 members. Need at least 4 members for session to take place. **  WHO:  Any and all are welcome ~ all movements can be modified (if group training isn't your thing, I also offer private sessions). WHAT:  45 - 60 minute workout that combines metabolic conditioning and strength training using body weight movements, plyometrics, circuits, weights, cardio, and Barre. Each workout is unique and programmed by me, your coach! WHEN:  Wednesdays and Fridays at 8:15am. November 3- December 10, 2021 (possibly extended due to Thanksgiving holiday).  WHERE:  Outside, of course! Endurance. 🌞 Summer was fun, in-person school has begun (YAY!), now it's time to get back into a routine!  The newest 6-week Fall Session of PACE will begin Wednesday, September 8 at 8:15am. ** This class will be capped at 6 members. Need at least 3 members for session to take place. **  WHO: Any and all are welcome ~ all movements can be modified WHAT: 45 - 60 minute workout that combines metabolic conditioning and strength training using body weight movements, plyometrics, circuits, weights, cardio, and Barre. 'Ohana Runners: weekly community runs

 I have always loved running with other people. It's how I've met some of my best friends, where I've heard some of the most amazing stories... and all of that makes the time pass while breaking a sweat!  Now that most/all of us are vaccinated, it's time to get back together (outdoors) and enjoy our wonderful town and people again! We'll plan to meet once a week, in the evening, in varying locations for a short but sweet run. This is not intended to be a race/training group, depending on your average pace will determine what time you begin, so we can all end together ... in the words of Stitch, "Ohana means Family, family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten." NEW! Lava Your Body: A Summer Nutrition Challenge

  NEW! Lava Your Body , a summer nutrition challenge, open to any and all!  Summer isn't a reason to lose all the progress you've made throughout the year. Stick to it and stay motivated! Participate from anywhere in the world- spread the word to friends and family, near and far, and get healthy together.  Lava Your Body is not restrictive or super competitive (I do not agree with 'diets' and there won't be any prizes at the end, other than feeling good). It'll be a way to stay on track this summer and provide accountability during a time when structure is lacking... and maybe form new, healthy habits too.
