Here comes a new EIGHT WEEK session of Women's Fitness! During the summer break, I've been learning/studying more about running, and how to run effortlessly and injury-free. I am excited to pass my knowledge onto you. Considering I'm due with Baby Two at the end of November, this session will probably be the last one for several months. So during September and October, our training will be scheduled and concentrated. Tuesday and Thursday we'll have a specific training run and Friday will be a half hour of conditioning with 10-15 minutes of necessary stretching. Click HERE for the registration form. We all had our summer break - now it's time to get back into a healthy routine. On Tuesday, September 6 we'll begin another 8-week session of women's fitness (running and conditioning). Tuesday and Thursday are running days, Friday is conditioning and flexibility. We'll have a structured running schedule and use a periodized training program for conditioning to maximize fitness and performance. I'm very excited to see everyone again and hopefully meet some new faces as well!
