NEW SESSION! September and October

We all had our summer break - now it's time to get back into a healthy routine. On Tuesday, September 6 we'll begin another 8-week session of women's fitness (running and conditioning).
Tuesday and Thursday are running days, Friday is conditioning and flexibility. 
We'll have a structured running schedule and use a periodized training program for conditioning to maximize fitness and performance.
I'm very excited to see everyone again and hopefully meet some new faces as well!
