HAPPY NEW YEAR! Here's to strength, longevity, and health! The newest 6-week PACE program begins January 10... PACE is adding a day... now Monday, Wednesday and Friday workouts are available. WHAT: 45-60 minute workout combining metabolic conditioning and strength training using bodyweight movements, plyometrics, circuits, dumbbells, Barre, and cardio.
