PACE: January 2022

 HAPPY NEW YEAR! Here's to strength, longevity, and health!

The newest 6-week PACE program begins January 10... 

PACE is adding a day... now Monday, Wednesday and Friday workouts are available. 

45-60 minute workout combining metabolic conditioning and strength training using bodyweight movements, plyometrics, circuits, dumbbells, Barre, and cardio. 
Each workout includes: warm-up, challenge, strength, workout, burner, and cool down

Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 8:15am. Six weeks from Jan 17- Feb 25

3 workouts per week: $220 for 6-week session
2 workouts per week: $175 for 6-week session (pictures of each workout will be sent through GroupMe, so you can do the extra workout at home)
*No drop-ins

Class is capped at 8 members and need at least 4 to make the session happen :)
