The kids are back to school. Let the schedules and routines begin! Awesome work to all the ladies who sweated it out this summer at AIM! The heat continues and so do our workouts. With the beginning of school, AIM will be following a more periodized training schedule. This training method helps you move progressively from one phase to the next, resulting in a peak fitness stage at the end. Periodized training also provides variety and sufficient periods of rest, both necessary components in avoiding plateaus and overtraining. Remember, fitness is a journey and consistency is key. You will not realize the same results from hit and miss working out. Consistency is key to realizing the many benefits of exercise.
