Winter Session - Perseverance, Ambition, Consistency, Endurance WHAT : 6-week session of 45-60 minute workouts, outside in beautiful Hawaii. Workouts gradually increase in intensity, so consistency is a must :) WHEN : There will be AT LEAST 12 classes to attend during the 6 weeks (possibly more!).  Classes will be a combination of M/W/F @8:15am, beginning Nov 7 and run through Dec 16, 2022.  MEMBERSHIP :  10 Class PACE Pass. Sorry, NO Drop-Ins.  If you complete all 10 classes before the end of 6 weeks, each class after is discounted.   Pass expires on December 16, 2022. Membership will be capped at 8 members. NUTRITION Page is Back Online!

Many months ago, Blogger informed me there was a 'bad' link on my NUTRITION page, but they wouldn't let me know which one was causing the issue. After months of trying to figure it out, I discovered the violator and the page is back up and running!  On this page you'll find links to all my favorite recipes- tried and true!    I created this blog and LavaFit to encourage and promote a healthy, balanced lifestyle. At the base of that is nutrition. Nutrition isn't just about 'eating right'.
