What's Your Summer Plan?

Yes, school ends soon but that doesn't mean your routine has to end.
Most of us thrive on a routine and schedule - I feel you! Consistency is KEY.

AIM has been going strong in TN since August 2017.  As of April 25, 2018 we've worked out through rain, shine, humidity, below freezing temps, snow, ice, pollen... 80 TIMES! That, my friends, is dedication and consistency. These ladies are my heroes.

This summer we will keep it going, though we'll probably pick workout days and times on a week-by-week basis because of vacations and kid camps, etc.
We will probably start the workouts earlier than 9:15am to beat the heat and children are welcome *
I'm also tossing around the idea of running a kids class after the adult class - stay tuned!

Tell your friends, the more fit friends the better! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

*I believe in family fitness and want you to bring your kids so they can see what an awesome role model their mom/parent is! With more kids possibly coming to the workout with their parent, I would appreciate if parents share my rules with their kiddos prior to classes - I want to keep all our kids safe and I want all adults to get a good workout. Please make sure your child/children stay out of the adult workout area and not touch any of the equipment (yoga mats, weights, etc).
