PACE: Spring Session
Perseverance. Ambition. Consistency. Endurance.
A new 6-week session begins the week of April 18.
*Need at least 4 members to create the session. Session is capped at 8 members to ensure each member is given the best workout and coaching.
WHEN: 2 days a week @ 8:15am
WHERE: Outdoors in Kailua. Location given after registration.
WHAT: A 45-60 Minute workout that includes Warm-up, Challenge, Strength, Workout, Core, and Cool-down. Plan to bring your own mat, dumbbells, and water to class.
