PACE Group Workouts: 6 Week Winter Session
Perseverance. Achievement. Consistency. Endurance.
The newest 6-week Winter Session of PACE will begin Wednesday, November 3 at 8:15am.
** This class will be capped at 8 members. Need at least 4 members for session to take place. **
WHO: Any and all are welcome ~ all movements can be modified (if group training isn't your thing, I also offer private sessions).
WHAT: 45 - 60 minute workout that combines metabolic conditioning and strength training using body weight movements, plyometrics, circuits, weights, cardio, and Barre. Each workout is unique and programmed by me, your coach!
WHEN: Wednesdays and Fridays at 8:15am. November 3- December 10, 2021 (possibly extended due to Thanksgiving holiday).
WHERE: Outside, of course! (Details given in separate email)
(12 in-person workouts + 6 at-home workouts, NO Drop-Ins during these sessions)
Also, included in the 6-week session:
- Access to the PACE GroupMe to ask questions and receive info about workouts and fitness
- Extra at-home workout each week (complete with video tutorial) for you to complete on your own and post in PACE's GroupMe for accountability
