PACE Group Workouts: 6 Week Fall Session

Perseverance. Achievement. Consistency. Endurance.

🌞 Summer was fun, in-person school has begun (YAY!), now it's time to get back into a routine! 

The newest 6-week Fall Session of PACE will begin Wednesday, September 8 at 8:15am.

** This class will be capped at 6 members. Need at least 3 members for session to take place. ** 

WHO: Any and all are welcome ~ all movements can be modified

WHAT: 45 - 60 minute workout that combines metabolic conditioning and strength training using body weight movements, plyometrics, circuits, weights, cardio, and Barre. Each workout is unique and programmed by your coach. 

WHEN: Wednesdays and Fridays at 8:15am. September 8 - October 15. 

WHERE: Outside, of course! (Details given in separate email)

PRICE:  $150 for the 6-week session (12 in-person workouts + 6 at-home workouts)

Also, included in the 6-week session:

  • Access to the PACE GroupMe to ask questions and receive info about workouts and fitness
  • Extra at-home workout for you to complete on your own and post in PACE's GroupMe for accountability 
  • An amazing group of strong, supportive women (men are welcome too!)
  • Discount on Personal Training Sessions
