Here are the facts:
- Runs every Tuesday and Thursday at 8:30am, beginning March 4.
- Each run will be 45- 60 minutes long.
- Each run will end with stretching and running specific exercises.
- Running routes and meeting places will vary around Kailua and Kaneohe
- ALL paces welcome - come walk, jog or run! We are not sprinters or Olympians, nobody is "too slow" for this group. I know some of our members will be doing interval work (i.e. jog 4 minutes, walk 2 minutes). You don't have to be a long distance runner to join us. I'd be so happy to have you come walk for 1 hour.
- Jogger strollers welcome- I'll have mine, so all routes will be stroller friendly.
- It's FREE! Come meet new women and enjoy an hour of healthy cardio in beautiful Kailua- invite your friends! The more the merrier ;)
