Aloha all - It has been a while!

Happy 2013 - we had a lot of fun during our last Women's Running Group. While I would love to start it up again in 2013, I'm not finding it feasible. With a 1 year old and 3 year old in tow, the BOB is getting heavy and I have to make frequent stops to pacify a toddler. I want to be able to give it my all and just cannot during this chapter of my life.  :)
That said, I am still doing Private Training for a few women. This is mainly resistance training mixed with some cardio - which is designed specifically for YOU. If you are interested, please let me know!

I will keep updating the blog with fitness news... and hopefully we can meet up for fun runs every now and then!
