The current session is coming to an end this week - meaning a new session is on it's way.
Beginning Tuesday, May 3 at 8am we'll start at new eight week session of Fitness for Women. We'll also be offering Pilates and Yoga on Wednesday at 9am after Conditioning class. For more information, check out Class Info.
If you or anyone you know is interested, please call or email me (click HERE for the registration form). You can meet us on Tuesday, May 3 at 8am - we'll be meeting in Kailua Beach parking lot (across from Buzz's) for a 3-6 mile run.
