Yes, Friday's Cardio+Conditioning now welcomes YOGA!
A light jog at 8am, followed by conditioning at 8:30am, finishing with Yoga from 9- 9:30am. We are lucky that one of our Wahine Holo Hui gals is also a Yoga instructor and will be leading us in yoga geared toward runners (check out www.greengirlyoga.com). We all know that stretching is SUPER important, but how often do we actually take time to do it?
So come join us Friday morning (at Kailua Beach parking lot) for a well rounded workout.
